At TrustFord we know how demanding life is in today’s times. We understand the significance of urgency and that’s why we want to make your vehicle service as easy and stress free as possible. Under normal circumstances, we would guarantee your service, from start to finish, to be complete in 60 minutes or less, allowing you to sit back and enjoy a complimentary coffee in our customer relax area.
However, to achieve the 60 minute or less guarantee, we require two of our Ford-trained Technicians to work together on your vehicle to complete the work. In these unprecedented times, and to ensure we work in accordance with social distancing guidelines to protect the safety of both you and our colleagues, only one technician can work on your car at any one time. We will still do our very best to complete the service as quickly as we can, but we ask for your understanding if we creep over the 60 minute guarantee during this time. As soon as we can we will return to our guaranteed 60 minute promise.
